Introduction
JPBB Jane Packer London Wedding Bouquet Design – one of the three modules of the CPD Foundation Diploma Course. Designed for complete beginners or those who are interested in bridal bouquet & wedding flower design, an essential first step for those looking to explore Wedding Floristry further.
This elementary course covers the fundamental skill sets for wedding flowers, following the internationally renowned Jane Packer Flowers syllabus, students will learn to create a range of bridal bouquets: modern, romantic, British elegant, contemporary, wired bouquets, garden hand-tied bouquets, bridesmaids’ bouquets as well as an introduction into wiring work in detail for boutonnieres, corsages and headpieces. Students will learn the correct techniques to spiral hand-tied bouquets, learn the construction mechanism of an intricate teardrop wedding bouquet, various wedding bouquets for different styles of wedding and learn different ribboning and finishing. We will also cover tips on how to prepare wedding flowers so that they are long-lasting and well conditioned. Emphasis on skills and train the eye to design a proportional bouquet for any bride.
This course is an important foundation course for beginners/hobbyists and is the basis for those who want to develop a career in the floral industry.

Suitable for: complete beginners or have little knowledge of flower arrangement before are welcome. For students to receive the most benefit from this course, we recommend a course pairing with our EFA or CPD Foundation Diploma to further develop skills taught.
About the Class
Interactive learning approach – Our classes are fun, informative, friendly and relaxed. We will present students with a handout covering the design of each class, including botanical names of the flowers and foliages used in both English & Chinese, sketches and sample photos to assist learning. Our Instructor will kick start each class with a detailed explanation, following a step-by-step teaching method to ensure students develop the necessary applicable techniques and skills.
Guided by our experienced instructors every step of the way with feedback as you focus on the process of the craft and establishing a strong foundation of wedding floral know-how. Everything you make is yours to take home – which will be another learning opportunity to observe different flowers and foliages’ full character and vase life.
