Introduction
NUFLEUR floristry design concept is an approach to French contemporary minimalistic style. Bringing essential taste to the world of flowers and floral décor. A signature, unconventional and radical “NU” (new) way of applying flowers and foliage as a medium. NUFLEUR aims to bring a new, refreshing and striking design approach to everyday lives.
NF Contemporary Freehand Vase Arrangements in Minimalist Design, available in 3 Levels, 16 designs per level; challenges traditional flower arranging techniques and redefines flower compositions in a practical, unique and minimal way. Students will explore a ray of design interpretations in glass vases, using different material application techniques, through the use of seasonal flowers and foliage with strong characteristics.
This course focuses on table arrangements in vase designs. Designs taught throughout the course will be done so in a as sustainable way as possible, going completely oasis-free / foam free, students will explore various sustainable floral design mechanisms to arrange flowers skillfully, for example: stem support, foliage focus, floating, leaf-wrapping, binding and linking techniques. Students will be able to create refreshing and statement vase arrangements while mastering a range of freehand techniques.
Suitable for students who have completed EFA. Modern European Floral Design Concepts and/or a taster of ECO Freehand Vase Arrangements to gain an introduction to freehand flower arrangements. Students with basic western flower arranging experience, looking to learn different design styles & new skills are also welcome.

About the Class
Interactive learning approach – Our classes are fun, informative, friendly and relaxed. We will present students with a handout covering the design of each class, including botanical names of the flowers and foliages used in both English & Chinese, sketches and sample photos to assist learning.
Our Instructor will kick start each class with a detailed explanation, following a step-by-step teaching method to ensure students develop the necessary applicable techniques and skills. Guided by our experienced instructors every step of the way with feedback as you focus on the building blocks of the craft and establishing a strong foundation of floral know-how.
Everything you make is yours to take home – which will be another learning opportunity to observe different flowers and foliages’ full character and vase life.
