Introduction
Customer expectations have never been higher, the conventional “cookie-cutter” flower stands will not cut it in this day and age.
WG Unique Opening Stands and Celebration Flower Basket Design Workshop – Designed for florists-to-be, through a total of 8 innovative product line design interpretations, this course focuses on enhancing the skills in creating grand opening flower basket stands. We will elaborate on these 8 different product lines and when they are suitable for clients to choose from. We will also explore different options of flower displays and the use of different textile and accessories in designs, all aiming to diversify and increase competitiveness from within the industry.
For students with a sound floral design background, they can bring skill set taught even further and create endless designs along the eight key product lines. Suitable for florists who are interested in catering corporate clients’ grand opening/relocation/exhibition celebrations.
Suitable for students with a basic level of floristry and those looking to build on their floristry repertoire. Recommended for students with a taster of EFA Modern European Floral Design Concepts and/or FG Creative Floral Gift Design courses.
For students who want to learn and be inspired by more unique ideas in hamper designs; Practicing florists looking to diversify and develop new product lines to increase competitiveness are welcome.
About the Class
Interactive learning approach – Our classes are fun, informative, friendly and relaxed. We will present students with a handout covering the design of each class, including botanical names of the flowers and foliages used in both English & Chinese, sketches and sample photos to assist learning.
Our Instructor will kick start each class with a detailed explanation, following a step-by-step teaching method to ensure students develop the necessary applicable techniques and skills. Guided by our experienced instructors every step of the way with feedback as you focus on the building blocks of the craft and establishing a strong foundation of floral know-how.
Everything you make is yours to take home – which will be another learning opportunity to observe different flowers and foliages’ full character and vase life.
